These terms cover your use of https://melianventures.com. Software you buy from us is also governed by its end-user license agreement, and consulting work is governed by the written agreement for that engagement. Where those documents say something different, they win.

Using the site

You may browse the site and use the contact form for its intended purpose. You may not scrape it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or send automated submissions through the form.

Software

Software is sold through a merchant of record who is the seller for the purposes of tax and consumer protection. The license terms are in the end-user license agreement for each product. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Consulting

A quote request is not a contract. Consulting engagements begin when both parties sign a written proposal or agreement, and that document sets the scope, fees, ownership of work and confidentiality.

The text, images and marks on this site belong to Melian Ventures LLC unless stated otherwise. You may link to any page. Please do not reproduce our logo without permission.

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it accurate and available but do not promise either.
