Refund policy

Software

If a product does not work on your machine and our support cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the purchase in full. Ask within fourteen days of buying. Refunds are issued by our merchant of record to the original payment method, and the license key is revoked when the refund is issued.

We do not refund because you changed your mind after using the software, or for costs you incur with third-party model providers under your own API keys.

Consulting

Consulting fees are governed by the engagement agreement. As a rule, work completed is billed and work not yet started is not.
