Privacy policy

This policy describes what Melian Ventures LLC collects through https://melianventures.com, why, and what we do with it. We have tried to keep it short because there is not much to say.

What we collect

• The contact form. Your name, email address, company if you give one, your message, and the budget and timeline you select. We also record a hashed form of your IP address and your browser's user agent string to limit abuse. We do not store the raw IP.
• Email you send us. Kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is useful.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, fingerprinting, or tracking you across sites.

What we do not collect

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell or share personal information for marketing. We do not run third-party ad or social scripts.

Who processes it

• Google Cloud hosts the site and stores form submissions, in the United States.
• Resend delivers the emails the form sends, including a copy to you.
• Cloudflare provides the Turnstile check on the form and the analytics counter.
• Software purchases are handled by our merchant of record, whose own privacy policy applies to payment details. We never see your card number.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept until the conversation ends and for up to two years afterwards for our records, then deleted. Abuse-limiting counters expire within an hour.

Your choices

Email hi@melianventures.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We will respond within thirty days.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
