End-user license agreement

This agreement is between you and Melian Ventures LLC and covers desktop software we license, including aetherloom. By installing or using the software you accept it.

The license

• A purchase grants a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the current major version of the software.
• You may activate the software on up to three machines you own or control.
• Updates are included for twelve months from purchase. After that the software keeps working at the last version you are entitled to, and further updates may be purchased separately.
• The license is personal to you or your organisation and may not be resold or sublicensed.

What you may not do

• Share, publish or circumvent license keys.
• Reverse engineer the software except where the law allows regardless of this clause.
• Use the software to break the law or the terms of the model providers you connect to it.

Your keys, your costs

The software calls third-party model providers using API keys you supply. Those providers bill you directly under their terms. We do not proxy, meter or see your usage, and we are not responsible for their charges or availability.

Your data

Your images and projects stay on your machine. The software sends image data only to the model provider you configured, when you ask it to generate.

Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Termination

The license ends if you breach this agreement or if the purchase is refunded, at which point you must stop using the software.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
